Shipping & Delivery: Everything we ship is sent 1st class royal mail, and we don't charge for shipping. We only ship to locations within the United Kingdom. Orders are shipped same day Monday - Saturday, or next day if the order comes in after the postal deadline. Royal Mail aim to ship everything next day, so your order should arrive within 3 days. If your order doesn't arrive within a week, contact us to resend your items.
Privacy & Security: Any personal data collected about you will not be shared with any 3rd parties. We do not store credit card details ourselves as all of our transactions are completed through trusted payment providers.
Returns & Replacements: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept return for a full refund. You may return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
